The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of products purchased from DeadSeaCreams.com via our eStore.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If there is anything that you do not understand please contact us before ordering a product and we will be happy to explain.

By submitting your order via our eStore you are irrevocably offering to buy the goods on these terms and conditions. Our Returns&Cancellation policy is set out below.

Buying from us via our eStore

Checking and correcting

It is up to you to check that your order is correct. You can correct any inputting errors prior to the submission of your order. If, however, you realize that you have made a mistake then contact us and we will see whether it is possible to amend the order.

Order Confirmation

Order confirmation  will be sent by e-mail after the transaction has been authorized.

Acceptance of orders

We are not obliged to supply goods  to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order. This is when the contract is made. We confirm acceptance by an email, which will come from DeadSeaCreams.com .

Ordering allows us to use your personal data

By submitting your order you are also allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying the goods or services concerned (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors for the purpose of fulfilling your order). The basis upon which we obtain and use personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.


Pricing, delivery costs and times

Pricing is clearly quoted before and during the processing of an order on the eStore. DeadSeaCreams.com reserves the right to amend its pricing at any time. Prices are fixed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery charges are clearly shown within the eStore – they will always be listed at the point of order confirmation. We provide flat 9.90$ shipping services via Priority Israel Post Services (customer recieves  a tracking number). Shipping times are ussualy between 1 to 3 weeks to USA, Canda, Europe, however It can take up to 4-6 weeks for others countries - we can't provide any obligation, since we can't control International Air Mail services.

You can also choose express method delivery for a flat rate of 30$. Usually it will take 3-5 days. Please note: additional charges may be applied on buyer upon arriving due to customs processes of shipping company

Our products will normally be shipped to you within 1 to 5 working days.



When you use this site we will communicate with you by email. Our emails (including any attachments to them) may contain information that is confidential or legally privileged and intended only to be seen by a particular person or persons.

Email transmission cannot be guaranteed to be secure or error free for many reasons – for example information can be intercepted, corrupted, lost, destroyed, delayed or be incomplete or contain viruses. DeadSeaCreams.com accepts no liability for any loss or damage which may be caused by viruses or other pernicious code or third party action. It is your responsibility to check incoming e-mails to your system for viruses.


Provision of information about products

All and any information about the products in the eStore, including pricing, is provided by DeadSeaCreams.com in good faith. The information may be altered without notice at the discretion of DeadSeaCreams.com. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are using the most up-to-date information relating to any particular product.




Returns can be made during 100 days after buyer received the order. If return is required, this will be at your expense. After receiving returned goods, you will be credited subtracting shipping costs.

Cansellations can be made for free of any charge, if order hasn't been shipped while applying calsellation request.

You must ensure the goods are adequately re-packed

Goods which are found to be damaged when returned to DeadSeaCreams.com will not be credited.

Goods which have been opened

We are not obliged to accept returns of products that have been opened. These returns will be handled at our discretion.

Damaged goods

You should inspect your order when you receive it for defects or any damage. If you find a defect or any damage you must contact us as soon as possible and no later than within 7 working days of receipt of the relevant product(s). We will then at our discretion advise you of the returns procedure. If the goods are found to have been damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective in any way (unless such defect or damage is caused by you or caused in transit ) we will at our discretion replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.



This site is controlled and operated from Israel. The terms and conditions of this site and any dispute about them or in relation to this site shall be governed by and subject to Israel Law. In the event that a dispute arises out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the use of or access to this site, such dispute shall be subject to the exclusivity of an Israel Court.
